Ensure adherence to labor laws, environmental health & safety regulations, and corporate HR policies.

Keep all statutory records updated and manage audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Oversee the goal-setting, appraisal, and feedback processes in alignment with organizational frameworks.

Monitor key HR metrics like attrition, attendance.

End-to-end payroll processing for all plant employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, etc.)
