Trainer

We are seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated Trainer to prepare and conduct employee training courses on Manufacturing process, IT skills, management, personal development, and customer service.

The Trainer’s responsibilities include evaluating training needs, developing training curriculum, and delivering courses in a compelling way that increases employee skills and retention.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of individuals and teams
- Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
- Deliver training courses and workshops to employees
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed trainings to evaluate and measure results

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical soft skills education
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- BSc/BA degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
- Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
