Job Description:

As the Chief Commercial Officer of our esteemed faculty, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all commercial activities. Your expertise will be crucial in managing various aspects of the organization, including accounting, HR, IT, procurement, and financial operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses a strong financial background, excellent negotiation skills, and extensive knowledge in accounting, HR, and IT domains.

Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the faculty's overall goals, ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Accounting and Finance: Oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial records.

HR Management: Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee development, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work culture.

IT Oversight: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient IT infrastructure, data security, and innovative solutions to support faculty operations.

Procurement and Negotiations: Utilize your strong negotiation skills to handle purchases, contracts, and vendor relationships, optimizing costs and maintaining high-quality services.

Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategic plans to expand the faculty's commercial footprint.

Risk Management: Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Performance Monitoring: Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the faculty's commercial success and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Proven track record in a senior commercial role, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity.

Strong financial background, with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices, along with experience in managing financial operations.

Exceptional negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive successful procurement and vendor management.

In-depth understanding of HR practices, employee development, and talent management.

Proficiency in IT systems and awareness of technological trends to support the faculty's digital infrastructure.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market dynamics and drive business development initiatives.
