Job Title: Business Development Executive – TRUCKRR LOADS Location: Chennai and all of the Tamil Nadu region.

About Truckrr:
Truckrr is a technology-driven platform transforming the transport industry in India. With the launch of our new vertical, TRUCKRR LOADS, we aim to connect shippers, manufacturers, traders, exporters, importers, and logistics service providers with reliable truck owners for seamless goods transport solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and onboard shippers, manufacturers, traders, exporters, importers, and logistics service providers to the TRUCKRR LOADS platform.
*Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to ensure consistent loads for truck owners.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
*Understand customer requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions via the Truckrr platform.
*Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of bookings and deliveries.
*Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity to discover new opportunities.
*Represent Truckrr at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
*Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field.
*0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, or logistics (experience in goods transportation, freight forwarding, CHA, and warehousing preferred).
*Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
*Familiarity with the goods transport and logistics sector.
*Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
*Self-driven, go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Candidate must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Fuel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
