Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and driven Account Executive to support our Enterprise Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or client servicing who is looking to grow in a fast-paced tech media environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise sales operations and assist in achieving revenue goals.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, content, tech) to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies.
- Maintain and update CRM tools, sales reports, and client presentations.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development (preferably in B2B or digital/media/HR tech space).
- Basic understanding of enterprise sales cycles and client servicing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.
- A collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Exposure to SaaS, HR Tech or Ed-Tech products.
- Experience working with digital or technology-driven platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
