Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Vijayawada, is for a US Tax Associate. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with US tax laws and regulations. The associate will assist in tax planning, identify opportunities for tax savings, maintain financial records, and work closely with clients to answer tax-related queries. Additionally, this role involves continuous learning to stay updated on changes in US tax laws.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in tax preparation, tax planning, and knowledge of US tax regulations.
  • Experience in maintaining financial records, handling bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and ability to explain financial and tax-related concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in relevant tax software and tools; experience with QuickBooks or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively manage deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or progress toward obtaining it is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in US taxation is highly desirable.
