Job Summary:

This role is part of a structured growth pathway, designed to transition high-performing candidates into the Year 2: Associate role. Advancement is based on performance, demonstrated learning, and successful completion of certification milestones.

Mandatory Policy

No direct permanent full-time employment is offered at the outset.

All selected candidates must first complete a minimum3- 6 month Intenrship If they are pursuing 2,3rd year of Undegraduate or 1st year of postgrudate or If final years of undergrduate or Postgrduate they Must go with project based consulting engagement.

Willingness to travel with the company for at least 1–2 years is mandatory. This ensures:

  • Cultural alignment across global markets
  • Real-time collaboration with clients and project stakeholders

Post successful completion of this phase, candidates may be considered for full-time roles, based strictly on:Value creation ,Strategic alignment,Contribution to the Screen Andragogy Platforms ecosystem

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any degree (currently pursuing or graduated)

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Media & Entertainment (Film Business, Market Research, Analytics)
  • Marketing, Business, and Strategic Consulting
  • Computer Science / AI & Machine Learning
  • Data Science, Economics, or Business Analytics
  • Any creative, technical, or analytical discipline with an interest in AI, market insights, and growth strategy

Career Path

Year 1: Junior Research & AI Analytics Specialist(Internship)

  • Hands-on learning in AI-powered market research, competitor analysis, and capability exploration.
  • Exposure to AI workflows: trend forecasting, prompt engineering, and business intelligence dashboards.
  • Must submit 2 relevant certifications (e.g., Data Analytics, AI/ML, Prompt Engineering, Market Research Tools, Python).
  • Subject to periodic evaluation and structured feedback.

Year 2: Associate Growth & AI Analytics Strategist (Promotion Track)

  • Promotion based on measurable value creation, discipline, and commitment.
  • Opportunity to lead research modules, growth experiments, and client analytics deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients across sectors.

Application & Interview Process – 3 Rounds

Round 1: AI Market Research & Prompt Engineering

Skills Tested:

  • Prompt design for market insights, competitor benchmarking, and trend forecasting.
  • AI-driven dashboards, analytics reports, and automated workflows.
  • Insight generation using AI tools (OpenAI, Tableau AI, Google AI Research).
  • Focus: Analytical creativity, problem-solving, and AI workflow mastery.

Round 2: Growth Analytics & Experimentation

Skills Tested:

  • Designing growth experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, CLV modeling).
  • Forecasting user engagement, retention, and pricing models using AI.
  • AI-powered demand forecasting and strategy optimization.
  • Focus: Strategic thinking, data-driven growth hacking, and business impact.

Round 3: Business Intelligence & Sales Engineering Simulation

Skills Tested:

  • Presenting AI-driven insights in a client-facing scenario.
  • Translating research into sales strategy, market positioning, and capability expansion.
  • Addressing AI bias, ethical forecasting, and ROI optimization.
  • Focus: Communication, client alignment, and consultative problem-solving.

Certification Requirement Before Onboarding

Before receiving a joining letter, candidates must submit 2 valid certifications (e.g., Data Analytics, AI/ML, Python for Business, Growth Marketing, Market Research Tools, Prompt Engineering) within 15–20 days of selection.

This ensures a baseline of technical and strategic readiness.
