Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Cluster Manager based in Vijayawada. The Retail Cluster Manager will oversee multiple retail outlets within the assigned region, ensuring efficient store operations, achieving sales targets, and enhancing customer experience. Responsibilities include team leadership, staff training, inventory management, sales analysis, and implementing promotional strategies. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, monitoring financial performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction across all stores within the cluster.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail management, team coordination, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer engagement, and store operations
  • Proficiency in data analysis, inventory management, and financial performance tracking
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience in fashion retail or related industries is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site full-time and travel within the assigned cluster
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
