Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in business development, customer management, sales or related field

Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships, mergers and new markets
  • Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
  • Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant department.
  • Conduct market research to understand and adapt innovative trends as a global commercial manager
  • Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing client.
  • Monitor branding and marketing initiatives to improve the commercial success of the business
  • Manage daily operations, including employee training and development, contract negotiations and production planning.
  • Support the various department teams of the business to achieve the commercial targets, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
  • Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations

  • Creating and maintain reports and records of the budgets, expenses, revenue, and any other reports required.

  • Manage business and personal travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, and transportation.
