About the Role
The Specialist Commercial Finance will provide commercial, sales, finance, marketing, and analytics support to Strategic Business Units.
What You'll Do:
- To track and monitor P&L for DACH, Canada, and US, and investigate key variances.
- Assist in Development and maintain robust financial models.
- Assist in the preparation of the budgets & F1's and all Financial Forecasts.
- To highlight risks and opportunities for the business well in advance so that risks can be mitigated, and opportunities can be capitalized.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic and Ad hoc reports in-market analysis.
- Monitor stock allocation program to optimize financial impact.
- To assist in the extraction & preparation of IQVIA Reports and in-market dashboards.

About You
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference to patients' lives.
For this role, you will also have the following:
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant or
- Master's in Business Administration, specialised in Finance with decent relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Significant experience in Budgeting & Sales Forecasting activities, Demand Planning & Forecasting, etc.
- Database experience of – IMS (BPI, MDI), PCA, WaveData, Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent understanding of Market & Pricing Dynamics along with commercial acumen in P&L.
- Knowledge about MIS & relevant SOPs.
- Must have extraordinary Analytical & Numerical Skills & be focused on the Sales target.
- Competent with spreadsheets (Excel) and PowerPoint.
- Sense of urgency/willingness to operate within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with colleagues across a broad range of disciplines and functions.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and use strong writing and verbal skills to communicate facts, figures, and ideas to others.
- Aware of pharma operations like regulatory / manufacturing.
- Self-starter, result-driven and a good team player.
- A positive and 'can-do' approach, biased towards finding solutions and embracing change.
