We are looking for a highly motivated
person
to join our team and take charge of corporate compliance.

KRA

  • Ensure full compliance with SEBI AIF regulations, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable laws.
  • Maintain statutory registers, filings, and ensure timely submission of compliance reports to SEBI and other regulatory bodies.
  • Track changes in regulatory guidelines and update management with implications.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining compliance policies and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, trustees, and bankers for smooth operations.
  • Monitor fund cash flows, investor commitments, drawdowns, and distributions.
  • Support in preparation of MIS reports, NAV working, and fund performance analysis.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of investor data, agreements, and fund documents.
  • Prepare and circulate investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution notices.
  • Handle investor queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure KYC/AML compliance and onboarding of investors.
  • Support statutory, tax, and internal audits of the fund.
  • Maintain documentation for board meetings, investment committee meetings, and compliance audits.
  • Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants for fund operations.
