JD - IT Network Compliance Executive

"The IT Network Audit & Compliance Executive will be responsible for supporting audit readiness, compliance and governance activities within the IT Network function. This role involves preparing audit documentation, identifying risks, evaluating operational effectiveness and ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

1.Audit Documentation & Support

  • Compile and organize documentation for internal, external, ISO, and RBI audits.
  • Prepare preliminary audit data and perform initial data validation and sanity checks.
  • Coordinate with auditors and internal teams to provide required information within defined timelines.

2.Risk & Control Assessment

  • Identify potential risks, control gaps, and process deficiencies within the IT Network function.
  • Recommend corrective measures to strengthen compliance and operational resilience.

3.Governance & Compliance Alignment

  • Evaluate the operational effectiveness of the IT Network Team in alignment with GRC and Information Security policies.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and governance frameworks.

4.Asset & Documentation Management

  • Maintain and update the IT Network asset inventory with accuracy and compliance requirements.
  • Review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to network operations.

5.Reporting & Tracking

  • Update and maintain the Branch Health Report on a regular basis.
  • Track ongoing projects and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

Audit Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact during RBI, ISO, and internal audits.
  • Coordinate audit responses and ensure closure of audit observations in collaboration with relevant teams.

7.Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with the GRC and Information Security teams to ensure consistent compliance and control monitoring across IT operations.
