Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Network Executive will be tasked with managing and developing the company's internal and external network infrastructure. Responsibilities include overseeing network administration, troubleshooting network issues, providing customer support, and ensuring uninterrupted connectivity for seamless operations. The role will also require proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure optimal network performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Development and Network Administration
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical network issues
  • Understanding of basic network protocols and hardware
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in workspace or co-working environment management is a plus
