1. News Reporter

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and report local, regional, and national news stories.
  • Conduct interviews and field coverage for TV and digital platforms.
  • Write scripts and voice-over news packages.
  • Coordinate with the editorial and video teams for story planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (Marathi knowledge preferred).
  • Confidence in front of the camera and ability to handle live reporting.
  • Prior experience in journalism or mass media preferred (freshers with passion may apply).

2. Video Cameraman / Video Journalist

Responsibilities:

  • Shoot video footage for news reports, interviews, and events.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and basic sound equipment.
  • Work closely with reporters and editors for story production.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with DSLR or professional video cameras.
  • Basic editing knowledge (Premiere Pro / Final Cut preferred).
  • Creative eye for framing, lighting, and visuals.

3. Marketing & Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with advertisers, sponsors, and local businesses.
  • Promote channel branding, digital presence, and marketing campaigns.
  • Generate leads and achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with editorial and production teams for promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in media marketing or related field preferred.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated personality with field marketing experience.
