Marketing Manager
to lead our branding, partnerships, and ad sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies to strengthen 4PM News Network's presence across digital and media platforms.
  • Drive advertising revenue through brand partnerships, sponsorships, and innovative branded content solutions.
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients to expand our advertising portfolio.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all media touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, creative, and sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay ahead of media and advertising trends to enhance competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital ad sales — preferably within a media, news, or digital content organization.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, media partnerships, or advertising revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work across teams.
