Job Responsibilities

1. Office Management

  • Handle day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Booking tickets, cabs, travel itineraries, maintaining office files and attendance registers. Coordinating with Banks, deposit of cheques and withdrawals.

2. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files (digital and physical).
  • Draft letters, memos etc. as required.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and contact lists
  • Track deadlines, renewals, and follow-ups with Panchayat or govt offices as required.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a point of contact between directors, employees, and external parties.

4. Financial & Operational Support

  • Assist in basic accounting, billing, petty cash management of the office etc
  • Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.

5. Compliance & Policy Support

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Assist in HR activities like maintaining attendance records and onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in compliance requirements like license renewals, statutory filings, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
