As a highly skilled Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's operations. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of office activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily administrative duties, including data entry, client communication, and document management
  • Answer and direct client calls to the relevant team members
  • Manage financial transactions, such as cheque deposits and withdrawals
  • Prepare and format office documents, letters, and reports
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Provide basic clerical support, as assigned
  • Coordinate with internal staff for seamless communication
  • Assist with mail and courier services, ensuring timely delivery
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain secure handling of sensitive information
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
  • 1+ years of administrative experience, or equivalent training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient typing skills, with accuracy and speed
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email
  • Knowledge of banking processes is an asset
  • Attention to detail, with ability to work independently
