Commi III Job Description

Xpanse Coffee is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires motivated and passionate Commi IIIs to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food and beverages to meet Xpanse Coffee's quality standards, ensuring all orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their orders, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Daily Operations Support: Help with the cleaning and organizing of workstations and kitchen equipment, monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of any supply needs.
Requirements:
  • Basic Qualifications: Basic understanding of food handling and hygiene practices, 0-2 years of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment, prior experience in food preparation, kitchen assistance, or customer service is a plus.
Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $13,000 - $14,500 per month, working in person.
