Lead Pastry Artisan

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the pastry kitchen and bakery. This includes planning and executing menus, controlling food production and presentation standards, and ensuring that all food products meet quality and safety standards.

• Assist the Master Pastry Chef with menu planning and design
• Control food production and presentation standards
• Examine goods and quality of received goods
• Ensure cooks follow standard recipes and methods of preparation
• Inform the Master Pastry Chef immediately of bad products

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a 4-5 star hotel or restaurant
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Up to date sanitation classes
• Possess a valid health certificate
• HACCP knowledge
• International work experience preferred
