Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Head to lead and expand our business growth efforts in the education sector. This leadership role requires a visionary professional who can drive revenue, establish high-level partnerships, and oversee a team of business development professionals. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise, exceptional leadership qualities, and a passion for educational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Growth Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the education sector, including collaborations with schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate partners.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow the business development team to achieve performance goals.
  • High-Level Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional heads, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
  • Strategic Alliances: Forge strategic partnerships to expand the organization's reach and services.
  • Sales Target Management: Drive revenue through structured planning, pipeline development, and performance tracking.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of educational trends, policy changes, and competitor strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Reporting: Present periodic performance reports to the senior management with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–7 years of progressive experience in business development, preferably in the education industry.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and executing strategic growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Saturday – Half Day (if applicable)
  • Work Location: In-person, Kozhikode, Kerala
