Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead the admissions and sales operations of our CMA/ACCA training institute. The candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing the sales team, implementing growth strategies, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the student admission & sales operations of the institution.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase enrollments for CMA/ACCA and related courses.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, follow-ups, and drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents for admissions support.
- Train and supervise the counsellors/telecallers/sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor sales pipeline, reports, forecasts, and MIS.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
- Ensure an excellent student onboarding experience and after-admission support.
- Maintain strong knowledge of course structure, fee plans, and student requirements.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in education sector sales/admissions (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, team handling, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with targets and drive performance.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Pleasant personality and professional behavior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
