Position: Sales Head – Real Estate
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in real estate / developer sales
Location: CALICUT
Industry: Real Estate / Property Development
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the branch sales operations, ensuring monthly and annual revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for residential and commercial property projects in alignment with company goals.
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team; assign targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
- Handle key client relationships, high-value negotiations, and ensure successful deal closures.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.
- Oversee sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal procedures, and real estate regulations.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and developer-led projects
- Proven experience in team leadership and branch management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to create and execute sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

- Monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Team performance and conversion rates
- Lead response time and closure ratio
- Client satisfaction and retention rates
