Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the branch sales operations, ensuring monthly and annual revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for residential and commercial property projects in alignment with company goals.
  • Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team; assign targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
  • Handle key client relationships, high-value negotiations, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.
  • Oversee sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal procedures, and real estate regulations.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and developer-led projects
  • Proven experience in team leadership and branch management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to create and execute sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
