• Research and identify potential leads
• Manage and organize lead lists for outreach campaigns
• Support the sales team in qualifying prospects
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
• Draft outreach messages and follow-ups
• Contribute ideas to improve lead generation strategies
Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills (Tamil mandatory; additional languages are a plus)
• Organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• CRM experience (preferred but not mandatory)
