Our site in Pune, India is seeking a Sr. IT Business Analyst who can provide process, configuration and integration expertise across Order Management functions.

What You'll Do:

• Work with Business Process Leads to identify the requirements and apply business analysis principles and best practices.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure SAP and ancillary systems in the areas of SD, LE, and GTS.
• Scope and support the detailed design of integration of electronic ordering solutions.
• Provide functional and technical support in all areas of logistics.
• Work on quarterly upgrades and system upkeep for a global user base of 400+ users.
• Partner with technical teams to build and enhance data integration capabilities with various systems.
• Lead and engage in projects to bring new advanced capabilities to delivery management, transportation management, integration between third-party warehouse systems, handling units, and other logistics-related topics.
• Design and develop integrations with third-party warehouse systems and transportation management systems.
• Analyze business challenges and objectives and advise in developing as-is/to-be processes.
• Assist with the creation and impact of deployment and cutover plans.
• Demonstrate a high level of ownership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with an extended team of functional and technical resources in a global setting.
• Support all phases of the solution lifecycle, from concept through delivery and production support.
• Collaborate within the internal IT organization to deliver quality solutions.
• Drive process and solution standardization.

What We Seek:

• Bachelor's degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience working with SAP SD/LO/TM/IM/WM.
• Has good understanding of SAP ERP (ECC/S4 HANA) systems including MM, PP, SD functions – and related master data and core processes.
• The candidate must have solid functional expertise in warehouse management, transportation management, and handling units management.
• Hands-on configuration/deployment expertise is a must in SAP SD/LO/TM/IM/WM.
• Strong research, data analysis, and problem visualization skills.
• Experience with data integration scenarios with SAP ECC, BW, cloud systems, and third-party systems using EDIs and APIs.
• Experience with 2+ full SAP LO implementations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 20% to plant locations as needed.
