Our site in Pune, India is seeking  a Sr. Manager – Digital Supply Chain – Order Management to design and implement scalable, efficient, and secured Order Management capabilities. In this role, you will lead and support business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to develop technical architecture and capability roadmap aligned to business strategies, integrate Order Management platforms, and ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. You will drive, roadmap, support the elaboration of business requirements that will be turned into work and key prioritized deliverables.

What You'll Do:

Digital Business Transformation - Drive Order Management Initiatives

Team Leadership:

• Lead and grow a team of process experts, subject matter experts, business and data analysts working on projects and products.
• Operating cadences with business and application COEs.
• Strategy and budget.
• Follow PACE values.

Solution Design & Architecture

• In collaboration with technical and functional architects, define and design end-to-end Order Management solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Develop conceptual architecture aligned to process definitions, technical roadmaps, and detailed process documents.
• Support technical architecture of systems and data – support technical documentation artefacts.
• Ensure scalability, security, and high availability of Order Management and platforms from an application, data, report, portal, and workflow standpoint.
• Team management and career development.

Technology & Integration

• Support the evaluation, selection, integration, Order Management, from customer portal, order processing, shipping notifications, customer facing outputs, RPA, and agentic solutions.
• Support design APIs, data models, and workflows to integrate supplier platforms with ERP (SAP), Customer portal, Integrated Business Planning, Trade Compliance, and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement cloud-based, microservices, or SaaS-based supplier solutions.
• Create infrastructure around data, visualization, self-service analytics.

Portfolio Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory

• Work with Customer Service COE, Customer Enablement Team, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, lead stakeholders toward best practices for supplier risk management, vendor onboarding, sourcing, contract management, and performance tracking.
• Oversee project delivery and effectively manage resourcing of order management projects and application support.
• Engage with third-party vendors to evaluate tools and lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives.

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor system performance, optimize supplier management workflows, and enhance user experience.
• Identify automation and agentic AI opportunities to various process execution, KPIs, and data compliance checks.

What We Seek:

Required:

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications, or supplier management platforms.
• 4 years' experience in Order Management and related technology functions.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management process.
• Experience with API integration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), EDI, portal, and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• SAP ERP/S4.

Preferred:

• Experience with AI/ML-driven supplier analytics and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
• Strong knowledge of contract management, supplier risk scoring, and ESG compliance.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI and data science and analytics.
