Responsibilities

  • Procurement Leadership
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
  • Monitor supplier performance, establish KPIs, and implement improvement plans.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Supply Chain Management

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices in inventory control, vendor management, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and monitor key supply chain metrics and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Align procurement and supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization, process automation, and cost reduction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement advanced tools and technologies for enhanced supply chain visibility and control.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement and supply chain team.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, production, and business units to ensure alignment of supply chain objectives with company goals.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity.

Required Qualifications

  • 11+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or large-scale operations.
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and procurement platforms.
