Assistant Facilities Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Manager with a strong background in hospitality projects such as hotels, resorts, and villas. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and maintaining all facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of building systems, safety, and guest service standards.
Notice period : 15days
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facility Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintenance of hotel, resort, and villa facilities.
- Supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other critical building services.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure zero downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for facility upkeep and AMC management.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and procurement of maintenance materials.
- Manage housekeeping, landscaping, and waste management services for hospitality properties.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance logs, checklists, and audit reports.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high facility standards.
- Assist in implementing energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in facility management, with strong exposure to hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, villas).
- Sound technical knowledge of building services and maintenance operations.
- Hands-on experience managing multidisciplinary teams and outsourced services.
- Proficient in MS Office, CMMS / CAFM software, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
