What You'll Do

As our
Assistant Front Office Manager
, you'll help shape the first impression of TPC — the moment a guest feels "yes, this place is special."

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests with warmth, calmness, and high attention to detail
  • Supervising the front office team and ensuring smooth operations
  • Managing check-ins, check-outs & reservation handling
  • Ensuring guest requests are addressed with empathy and speed
  • Coordinating with housekeeping, café, and operations for seamless guest flow
  • Handling guest feedback with maturity and problem-solving
  • Training the team on TPC hospitality standards
  • Maintaining reports, cash handling & front desk documentation

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in boutique hotels or creative hospitality setups
  • Strong in communication, guest handling & team leadership
  • Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and people-friendly
  • Comfortable with basic tech, PMS, billing & coordination
  • Passionate about hospitality that feels personal—not transactional
