We are Hiring: Business Development Manager / Product Specialist (Hearing Aids)

Interview Mode: Telephonic + Face to Face

Job Location: Ludhiana

Experience: 3+ Years Medical Sales

Salary: up to INR 50,000/-

Qualification: MBA / Graduate / DHLS

Industry: Retail Chain of Hearing Aid Clinics

Preferred Industries: Healthcare / Hearing Aids / Medical / Pharma

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Doctor's Visits for Onboarding / Enhancement in Clinic Footfall

Exploring New Doctors in the clinic vicinity/Taking Appointments/Meeting with Doctors (GP/ENT)/Introducing the company for referral business(patient referral)

Weekly 5 New Doctors Onboarding (Mix of GP/ENT)

Meeting with Doctors already on board who are giving referrals

Bimonthly/Monthly for the Rappo building and taking feedback from visited patients (if any)

2. Awareness & Service Camps - High-rise / Societies in the nearby Vicinity of mapped Clinics

Identifying high-rise / Societies in the vicinity of the clinic location to organise camps

Meeting with respective RWAs for required permission

Coordinate with the respective clinic to organise a smooth camp >Record Activity Outcome wrt Walk-in count/conversion

One Camp preferably on Sat/Sun/Holiday, every week

Other initiatives to increase clinic footfall: Explore other ways to increase footfall to the clinic-mapped

3. Creating & Enhancing Brand visibility

Identifying other Health Care setups like (Optician Counters / Chemists Shops / Doctors Clinic)

Placement of Branding (small placards, posters, and others)

Partner tie-ups with interested counters

 Immediate joiners will be preferred.
