Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular market surveys to identify opportunities and competitor insights.
- Organize farmer engagement activities such as Farmer Group Meetings, Dairy Events, and Door-to-Door campaigns.
- Manage and lead a sales team of 2–3 team members, ensuring capability building and development for future roles.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales & commercial targets collaboratively with the team.
- Appoint and develop new distributors, sub-distributors, and Points of Sale in the assigned area.
- Provide guidance to the team on marketing and brand visibility activities including posters, wall paintings, product demos, etc.
- Work closely with the immediate manager to define the business growth plan and implement expansion strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as distributors, retailers, farmers, and influencers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, timely reporting, and market feedback submission.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in Agri input / Veterinary product sales
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to drive performance
- Good understanding of rural markets and farmer behavior
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹55,336.42 per month
