Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Manager/Chief Engineer/Soft Service Manager are based in Mumbai. The individuals will be responsible for overseeing their respective departments.

  1. The Security Manager shall be tasked with managing physical safety and security of the occupants and the property while ensuring compliance as per security protocols. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing security plans, conducting risk assessments, managing security personnel, and coordinating with other departments to maintain facility safety and security.

  2. The Chief Engineer is responsible to ensure Zero Downtime of all building engineering services such as Electrical, DG, Plumbing, HVAC, BMS, FAPA, Hydrant/ Sprinkler, CCTV, Access control, Parking system, Network, Elevators/ Escalators, BMU and also upgrades as may be required.

  3. The Soft Service Manager is to ensure and maintain high standards of upkeep of the building premises. The Manager is responsible to maintain protocols for Housekeeping/ Horticulture/ Pest Control/ Facade.

Qualification:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in construction or similar industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
