Customer Success Specialist

Customer Engagement – Proactively connect with existing customers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
Inside Sales & Upselling – Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within current accounts.
Onboarding & Training Support – Assist new clients in smooth onboarding, training, and adoption of ERP modules.
Customer Retention – Build strong relationships, resolve issues promptly, and minimize churn.
Feedback & Insights – Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and support teams for continuous improvement.
Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain CRM records, track opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Target Achievement – Contribute to monthly and quarterly inside sales targets.
Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Implementation teams to deliver customer success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14, ₹22,000.00 per month
