Role Summary

This is a professional, client-facing Business Development Manager role for high-potential final-year MBA students and recent graduates. The role is strategic and consultative in nature, focused on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the company's growth initiatives. Candidates will gain fast, hands-on exposure to sales strategy, client management and business planning, while being mentored directly by senior founders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build qualified sales pipelines through research, targeted outreach and relationship building.

  • Conduct consultative conversations with prospective clients to understand needs and map solutions.

  • Prepare professional proposals, presentations and commercial quotes in coordination with delivery teams.

  • Manage CRM, track opportunity progress, and report on key metrics and forecasts.
    • Support pitch meetings and client presentations, including reaching out to decision makers and scheduling demos.

  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and client satisfaction.

  • Contribute ideas to sales strategy and growth initiatives.

Candidate Profile : Must Haves

  • MBA (final year / recent graduate) or equivalent business qualification.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal + written).

  • Professional demeanour, confident in client interactions and business discussions.

  • Strong analytical ability and commercial mindset.

  • Comfortable conducting both field (local) and office outreach.

  • Must have access to a car or motorcycle for local client visits.

  • Based in Jaipur and able to do field visits and work from World Trade Park office.
    • Open to all genders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
