Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role involves market research, qualifying leads, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts to drive business growth and revenue. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including relationship building and lead generation
- Proficiency in market research, creating proposals, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in an on-site, collaborative team environment in Jaipur
- Experience in the digital marketing domain is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
