Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Jaipur. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and driving strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include market research, pitch preparation, client meetings, and negotiating and closing deals. The role also includes managing client accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation
  • Experience in developing and executing strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching ideas and building professional connections
  • Analytical and research skills to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other business analytics platforms
  • Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and building long-term client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
