Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a knack for strategic thinking and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and present compelling business proposals and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive revenue growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 6 month to 1 years of experience in business development .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
