Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our B2C sales team in Kochi. This role requires handling inbound and outbound leads, managing multiple communication channels, and consistently driving conversions. You will coordinate closely with marketing, support, and operations teams to maximize sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Language Skills
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written)
- Arabic speaking is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Handling
- Manage inbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, website chat, and social media (Instagram & Facebook DMs).
- Make outbound calls to all assigned leads and follow up until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong conversion ratios.
- Maintain real-time lead updates in CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and status changes.
Customer Interaction & Service
- Provide detailed information on watch models, pricing, offers, and availability.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer preferences.
- Handle support tickets across any channel (email, chat, WhatsApp, calls) when assigned.
- Coordinate with warehouse/stores for urgent deliveries or store visits.
Digital Communication & Campaign Support
- Handle replies on Instagram and Facebook DMs, comments, and inquiries.
- Assist in WhatsApp and email campaigns when required (training will be provided).
- Ensure timely responses across all communication platforms.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily and weekly reports covering:
- Lead status
- Conversions
- Outbound call logs
- Chat/DM volumes
- Ticket updates
- Campaign responses
- Highlight issues, customer objections, and improvement opportunities.
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in product and process training sessions regularly.
- Support rotational shift operations, including night shifts if required.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to multitask across calls, chats, emails, and CRM with high accuracy.
- Experience in B2C inbound/outbound sales (2–5 years preferred).
- Familiarity with eCommerce sales funnels and digital communication.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including 24/7 support structure.
- Strong reporting and documentation discipline.
