Indian Chef – Premium Resto Lounge

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present authentic Indian dishes with premium quality and consistency.
  • Plan menus, manage kitchen operations, and ensure timely food preparation.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per FSSAI and restaurant standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth coordination during service hours.
  • Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and control food costs.
  • Innovate and introduce new dishes aligning with customer preferences and lounge standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a fine-dining or resto-lounge setup.
  • Strong knowledge of regional Indian cuisines and presentation techniques.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Passionate about food quality, taste, and presentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
