We are looking for a skilled and passionate Tandoor Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in traditional Indian tandoor cooking, with the ability to prepare a wide range of tandoori breads, kebabs, and grilled specialties. This role requires strong technique, speed, consistency, and creativity while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
- Prepare and cook tandoori items including breads (naan, roti, kulcha), kebabs, grills, and signature dishes.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and effectively.
- Ensure proper marination, portioning, and mise-en-place for all tandoor preparations.
- Monitor cooking temperatures and timings to deliver consistent taste and texture.
- Maintain high levels of kitchen cleanliness and follow all food safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Contribute to menu development by suggesting new tandoori dishes or improvements.
- Manage inventory related to tandoor section and ensure minimal wastage.
- Uphold company standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
