Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Goa. The Executive Chef will be responsible for designing and executing the menu, overseeing kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining inventory. The Executive Chef will also collaborate closely with the management team to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests, plan and execute special events, and continuously innovate in culinary offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven culinary experience and a deep understanding of regional Indian cuisine
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in menu design and development
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Ability to collaborate with the management team and contribute to business strategies
  • Creativity and innovation in culinary techniques and presentation
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Formal culinary education is a plus
