Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales requirements by contacting prospects/leads both by phone and WhatsApp to understand their requirements
- Inform them about our products/services or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database/CRM.
- Support the order processing where necessary.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Go the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Generate revenues
- Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information.
- Share the details with the team lead/management; provide suggestions from time to time.
