What you will do ?

  • Generate new business through effective cold calling, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and nurturing client relationships

  • Schedule meetings

  • Efficient in data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.

  • Promptly respond to client inquiries via email, providing comprehensive and helpful information.

  • Proficient in working with backend systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to streamline sales processes.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination for effective customer engagement.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the products or services offered to effectively address client needs and concerns.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for up selling or cross-selling additional products or services.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

What do you need for this Role ?

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 5- 6 years of prior sales development, business development, prospecting or sourcing experience

  • Strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed aggressive goals

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • A plus if you are hard-working, competitive, and professional as well as comfortable taking direction and feedback.

  • Experience with tools such as SFDC, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, etc. preferred but not required

  • Experience in technology solutions, cloud, and Saas - preferred

  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
