About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and dynamic Sales Executive who is proficient in English and has prior sales experience in the GCC market.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective learners and corporate clients across the GCC region, understand their training needs, and convert leads for our premium IFRS and finance learning programs.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, persuasive, enjoys engaging with professionals, and understands the GCC business culture.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Engagement & Conversion

  2. Make outbound calls to prospective learners and corporate decision-makers in the GCC.

  3. Consultatively pitch our DipIFR and IFRS programs.
  4. Manage WhatsApp, email, and call follow-ups for lead nurturing.
  5. Maintain strong conversion rates by delivering a premium and professional experience.

  6. GCC Client Handling

  7. Leverage prior knowledge of GCC customer behavior, communication norms, and sales etiquette.

  8. Engage effectively with professionals from GCC
  9. Build rapport with finance professionals, HR/L&D teams, and working executives.

  10. Sales & Pipeline Management

  11. Manage CRM entries, track outreach, and update daily sales logs.

  12. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  13. Share insights on customer objections, market trends, and competitor activities.

  14. Communication Excellence

  15. Speak fluent, polished English with clear articulation.

  16. Present information confidently over phone and digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication – spoken and written.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the GCC market (education sales preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and structured follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with GCC cultural norms and professional etiquette.
  • Experience in EdTech, professional training, or B2C/B2B sales is an added advantage.
