Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and presenting tailored property solutions. The role involves meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, providing property tours, and assisting them through the buying process. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and staying updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Networking skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficient in Market Research and Data Analysis
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
