We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of voice quality for our international voice operations through structured audits, process improvements, and close collaboration with stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed voice quality audits
  • Identify quality gaps and drive corrective action
  • Collaborate with operations, training, and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas
  • Maintain and improve quality monitoring tools and frameworks
  • Track, analyze, and report quality metrics

  • Maintain thorough documentation of issues and resolutions
