Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Process Analyst / Quality Analyst with strong experience in ISO 9001, CMMI V2.0, internal audits, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting audits, facilitating processes across diverse project teams, and working with various SDLC frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall). The role requires strong analytical, communication, and training skills, along with the ability to tailor process improvements to meet specific organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits, release audits, and work product audits in compliance with ISO 9001 and CMMI V2.0 standards.
  • Facilitate process implementation and improvement across software development and support teams.
  • Provide QMS inductions, process trainings, and ongoing guidance to project teams.
  • Handhold projects through process adoption and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Coordinate and support Management Review Meetings.
  • Collect and analyze project metrics to monitor process effectiveness.
  • Evaluate existing processes, identify gaps, and propose tailored improvement strategies.
  • Leverage experience with PIID (Practice Implementation Indicator Descriptions) to assess and report compliance.
  • Support teams in aligning project planning, execution, and monitoring activities with defined processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure process integration across tools and workflows.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001, CMMI V2.0.
  • Experience in conducting internal audits, preparing audit reports, and tracking findings to closure.
  • Familiarity with various software development tools and environments.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
  • Proven process facilitation skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with PIID for CMMI assessments.
  • Strong data analysis and process evaluation capabilities.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Presentation skills to effectively communicate process concepts
  • Go-getter attitude with strong ownership mindset
  • Willingness and zeal to learn and improve continuously

Soft Skills (Preferred / Optional):

  • Conflict resolution and stakeholder management
  • Coaching or mentoring experience
  • Certification in CMMI or ISO standards is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Quality Management, or related field
  • Certifications such as CMMI Associate/Lead Appraiser, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or Six Sigma will be an advantage.
