The Lead Management Telecaller is responsible for initiating contact with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role is crucial for maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and ensuring effective follow-up on all inbound and outbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Contact & Qualification:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to screen and qualify leads based on established criteria.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to clearly articulate the company's value proposition.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused demeanor on all calls.
  • Appointment Setting:
  • Successfully schedule meetings, demos, or consultation appointments for the Sales Managers or Account Executives.
  • Ensure all appointments are accurately booked and confirmed with both the prospect and the sales team.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Accurately record and update all lead interaction details, qualification status, and notes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Follow up on outstanding leads and maintain data integrity within the database.
  • Provide regular reports on calling activity, lead conversion rates, and appointment success.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to continuously refine lead qualification scripts and processes.
  • Stay informed about the company's products/services, market competitors, and industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar high-volume call center environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and persuasive skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRM software (essential) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Persistence, resilience, and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
