Job Opening: Marketplace Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketplace Team Lead to manage our marketplace operations, handle client accounts, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, marketplace expertise, and the ability to drive performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace clients—handling communication, queries, performance updates, and issue resolution

Lead and supervise the marketplace team, ensuring timely execution of tasks and meeting client expectations

Monitor account health, listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels

Develop strategies to optimize sales, visibility, and performance across marketplaces

Track and analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to management and clients

Coordinate with internal departments (catalog, design, inventory, operations) to ensure smooth workflow

Ensure timely resolution of escalations and maintain high client satisfaction

Train team members and support their skill development

Requirements

Proven experience in marketplace operations or account management

Strong understanding of major e-commerce marketplaces and their tools

Excellent communication and client-management skills

Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Excel and marketplace dashboards
