Personal Manager to Managing Partner
Location:
Mumbai — Work from Managing Partner's home/office (in-person) with travel as required

Role Overview:
We are seeking a smart, dependable, and dynamic
Personal Manager
to work directly with the Managing Partner house or office as per requirement. The ideal candidate will manage
every aspect of work and personal coordination
from scheduling and meetings to business follow-ups, team management, and travel.
This is
not a remote role
the position requires
working in close coordination with the Managing Partner
, accompanying her for meetings, client interactions, events, and travel when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personal & Executive Management
- Manage calendar, appointments, and daily agenda of the Managing Partner
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and personal arrangements seamlessly
- Maintain confidentiality in all personal and professional matters
2. Client & Business Coordination
- Act as the single point of contact between the Managing Partner and clients
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and client interactions
- Prepare meeting briefs, proposals, and presentations
- Follow up on payments, billings, and ongoing client deliverables
3. Team & Office Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely execution of assignments
- Track progress, maintain records, and update on deadlines
- Handle communication and coordination for meetings and discussions
4. Sales & Presentation Support
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and business presentations
- Support in lead follow-ups and business development tasks
- Maintain trackers, reports, and client databases
5. Travel & Event Management
- Plan and manage official and personal travel
- Handle logistics for events, conferences, and offsite meetings
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident, well-presented, and professional demeanor
- Experience in client coordination, executive assistance, or managerial role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Suite / PowerPoint
- Comfortable with travel and flexible working hours when required
