About the Role

We are seeking a
Personal Manager – Talent Relations
to oversee day-to-day operations, travel, and on-ground management for a leading artist. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing dynamic schedules, commitments, and interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Coordination:
    Oversee the artist's daily schedule, travel plans, and calendar management.
  • On-Ground Management:
    Accompany the artist to shoots, events, appearances, and performances to ensure smooth execution.
  • Travel & Logistics:
    Plan, coordinate, and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and local arrangements.
  • Execution Support:
    Liaise with internal creative, production, and brand teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns, shoots, and partnerships.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, event organizers, and brand representatives.
  • Contract Facilitation:
    Support in reviewing and negotiating agreements related to events, brand engagements, and appearances.
  • Confidentiality & Trust:
    Uphold utmost professionalism and confidentiality in all matters related to the artist's personal and professional commitments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–5 years of experience managing high-profile talent or celebrities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
  • Familiarity with the entertainment/media/brand industry ecosystem
